Science Doctorate
Program's Purpose Produce faculty for two- and four-year colleges where good science teaching is valued.
Program Requirements in Brief
1. Major in a science field, selected from the following, and complete a cognate in another science field or related area.
2. Coursework in teaching today's college student.
3. Supervised, extended internship in college teaching.
4. Dissertation in your science field or in teaching your science field.
