Algebra-Trig quiz instructions for inQsit - Faculty

 

To take/view the Algebra-Trig quiz

1)   Go to http://www.bsu.edu/inqsit/.

2)   From the drop down menu select “Stankewitz”.

3)   Click on “Students and Respondents”.

4)   On the “Module List” web page, select the quiz you wish to take and then click “continue”.  Beta1-unix is the 48 question algebra-trig test for calculus students.

You can view the results of a quiz you just took by

1) Go to http://www.bsu.edu/inqsit/.

2)   From the drop down menu select “Stankewitz”.

3)   Click on “Students and Respondents”.

4) On the “Module List” web page, select "grade sheet".  Then enter the same name you entered to take the test.

5) Follow directions given to view test.

 

You can create a quiz (or use a copy of beta1-unix) very quickly.

1) At BSU, all faculty and staff are entitled to an inQsit account. Contact the Helpdesk at helpdesk@bsu.edu or call 5-1517 to set up your own inQsit account.  After this, you can try to do things yourself or just see me about setting up a quiz quickly.  Once the account is in place (which probably will be the same day you request the account) it will only take about 15 min's to set up the same quiz Beta1-unix.

2) Note that this quiz changes for each taker of the exam.  Each taker sees 48 questions all similar to what everyone sees, but randomly chosen from a list of similar problems.
