Daniel Carp began his position with Kodak in 1970 and was general manager of Sales for Kodak Canada.  In 1986, he was named assistant general manager of the Latin American Region, and was elected vice president in 1988.  In 1995 he was elected executive vice president and named assistant chief operating officer.  In 1997 he was elected president and chief operating officer.  Carp served as chairman, president, and chief executive officer from December 2000 to April 2001.  Carp is also a member of the board of directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated.

 
Robert Brust reports to Daniel Carp.  In January 2000, he was named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Eastman Kodak.  Prior to joining Kodak, Brust was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Unisys Corporation in Pennsylvania.  Before Unisys, Brust put in 31 years at General Electric.  He worked in a variety of financial management positions and even financed the company's plastic division as it flew from $900 million to about $8 billion in revenues. Karen Smith-Pilkington joined Eastman Kodak in 1970.  Since, she has held the Vice President position of the Consumer Imaging division with global responsibilities.  Smith has also been General Manager and Vice President of Cameras and Batteries and Health Imaging.  Smith has held several senior management positions in Human Resources.  Her hard work and dedication to the company has earned her the title of President of the Kodak Professional Unit.

 
In 1981 Martin Coyne II joined Sterling Drug Inc.  He held many management and vice president positions before Kodak acquired the company in 1986.  Coyne was named executive director and vice president of Health Group Marketing in 1992.  After parting from the company in 1994, Coyne rejoined Kodak in 1995 to assume the position of President for Health Imaging and Vice President for the Eastman Kodak Company.  Coyne was named Kodak Senior Vice President in 1999 and in 2000 was named Executive Vice President.  Coyne has over 30 years experience is the health care industry, including sales, training, and advertising and marketing. Michael Morley began his career with Kodak in 1964 at the Film Testing Division.  From 1970 to 1981, he held a variety of human resource positions.  After earning an MS in management from MIT in 1987, Morley returned to Kodak to be a regional business manager.  In 1990, Morley was named director of Corporate Human Resource Strategic Planning.  In May 1991 he was elected a vice president of the company.  In 1994, he was elected senior vice president of the company, and in October 2000, he was elected Executive Vice President of the company.
