Over the years, Wright State and University of Cincinnati's Help Desks have worked together on many projects.  They continue to collaborate on support ventures that enhance their effectiveness. This pre-conference session will focus on new developments at each University and provide information on problem tracking, change management, web support, alert notifications, etc.  WSU and UC will also talk about recent expansion into the area of remote control to help resolve client computer problems.  This application has changed the way that each Help Desk assists their customers.  Come and listen to first hand experiences about his product and how the application has evolved into an essential tool for desktop support.
