Script Review Form

Directions:  This form must be filled out carefully and completely and given to the authors by the date indicated on the syllabus.  Authors must hand in these forms with the scripts. Cut and paste this document into your word processor. Save this file as a rich text format document and name the saved computer file as follows: yourlastnamegroup#review.rtf.  For example, if John Smith was in group 28 and was reviewing group 8's script, his file would be saved as "smith08review.rtf"  Read more instructions for submitting electronic documents in "Course Information."

For each score below a 6, indicate in the space at right what needs to be fixed (or the objectionable material that should be removed) in a revision of the script.  Bonus points if the group uses your suggestion.  Authors lose points if you miss a good suggestion.
