PREPARING AND GIVING A CALCULUS PRESENTATION
A typical presentation will be 10 minutes in length, followed by approximately
5 minutes for questions and/or discussion.
The mode of delivery is open. Options include using the blackboard,
an overhead projector, a graphing calculator, and/or a computer.
Clear presentation notes should be prepared and will be included in the student’s
portfolio.
The calculus presentation should include:
- an overview of the topic
- discussion about the topic with illustrative examples
- a conclusion
Students should be prepared to answer questions about the topic.
