Daniel
A. Carp is 54 and is from Wytheville, Virginia. He received
an MS degree in management at the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts
Institute of Technology. In 1970, Mr. Carp was hired by
Eastman Kodak as a statistical analyst and held positions in market research,
business planning, marketing management and line-of-business management.
Throughout the years Mr. Carp held various management and marketing
positions in regions across the world. Finally, December 17, 1997 was
elected to the company's Board of Directors and in January of 2000 he succeeded
George Fisher as chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Carp is confident
