Philosophy of Technology:

I believe that technology is a necessity for all educational purposes. Future generations are growing up with far more technological opportunities that those before them. As teachers we must constantly update and bring that updated knowledge into today's classrooms. Children are always enthusiastic about learning especially when learning involves computers. For example, learning about Social Studies on an interactive website, is far more appealing and effective, than listening to a lecture. Our future is in the hands of both technology and our younger generation, and it is our duty as teachers to introduce and develop our student's knowledge and confidence when interacting with computers.
