Going to a Lifehouse concert has gotta be one of the best experiences I've had in a long time!  Besides the fact that I was forced to wait for several long hours, the concert itself was simply amazing.  There is not a single song from Lifehouse that I do not like, and they are definitely among the most passionate group of performers I've ever seen.  If you ever get the chance to go see them life, do it.  It will be well worth your money as long as you don't have someone like Kathryn Miles making you wait outside for seven hours just so you can get a place up front.  Yeah, thanks a lot Katie!

Most people have never heard of a genre of music referred to as Trance, and to tell you the truth, I had never heard of it either until about the end of 2000.  Around October of 2000 I had discovered techno, a type of music involving a strong bass beat and melodies that is often used to dance to.  Well, later on I discovered a sort of mini-genre within techno called trance, which focuses more on the melody part of techno while still retaining the strong beat.  I usually prefer a specific type of trance called uplifting or ambient trance that has happy melodies.  I listen to these type of songs a lot when I'm having a bad day or want to contemplate life or whatever.  They really help to get your mind off of things and just relax and enjoy life.

I use AudioGalaxy to download most of the songs that I want, but yes music recording industry, I still buy CD's.  The main reason that I have chosen to use it is because of the simple fact that it is the only program that is still usable through ball state's internet connection.  the wonderful network administrators here at bsu have managed to firewall every other program on the face of the earth, but luckily for me and many other students, audiogalaxy is still available.  Don't be fooled, however, it can take days, weeks, and sometimes even months for a song to download.  So while ball state has not prevented students from using it, they still get the last laugh by making it painstakingly slow to use.
