Plot of a story

Exposition - at the beginning when the characters, setting, and basic conflict are established.

Conflict - between characters or forces in a work of drama or fiction, especially opposition that            motivates or shapes the action of the plot

Rising Action - events that lead up to the climax of the book

Climax - turning point in a plot or dramatic action

Denouement - the conclusion of the stor
