As for my interpretation of Vivendi Universal's fiscal future, unfortunately for them they will not quite catch up with Microsoft.  Realistically all the signs appear to be pointing up, they appeared to emerge strong despite the overall sag in the economy, especially the entertainment media.  They appear to continue to roll forward.
