Digital Dissertations http://wwwlib.umi.com/dissertations/gateway or Dissertation Abstracts database is a single, "authoritative source for information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses. The database represents the work of authors from over 1,000 graduate schools and universities."

ERIC, the Educational Resources Information Center, contains more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 980 educational and education-related journals. ERIC is available at http://www.askeric.org/Eric/adv_search.shtml
