THE UNIVERSITY SINGERS WAY is compiled from nearly four decades of traditions and University Singers history. While directors and casts evolve through the years, the traditions, memories, history and standards of this book remain strong in producing The Show called Ball State University Singers.

Remember that every job here, whether onstage or backstage, is a special job that fits together with other jobs like a puzzle to create The Show called University Singers. Immediately, people will expect you to be an expert on every facet of our world-class organization. So here is a brief summary of most-asked questions followed by the governance document which formally sets forth our tried-and-true philosophies and techniques.
