• $50 application processing fee to be paid at the time of submitting one’s application.  Money orders or cashier’s checks made payable to Ball State University will be accepted.  No personal checks please.

Administration Fees:

There is a $50 application fee.

Once an applicant has been accepted into the program and an assignment has been made with a Chinese institution, the $200 orientation fee will be due.  This fee covers all costs related to the one week orientation program held in Beijing, including academic lecturers, housing, local transportation, most meals and sight-seeing and entrance fees.
