Objective:
Have the students listen and evaluate Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral to identify techniques used by Richard Wagner to convey the story of the opera.

Materials:
Recording of Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral
Student Worksheet

Activity:
1.  Distribute or give link to recording or midi of the piece
2.  Distribute the worksheet
3.  Have the students complete the worksheet from the listening activity on own time as homework
