WorkLife Programs

Ball State University is ranked among the top 29 family-friendly universities in the nation. This recognition stems from a collaborative study conducted in 1996 by the Families and Work Institute and the College and University Personnel Association (CUPA) Foundation.

Our benefits, services, family programs and caring attitude have earned us this distinguished and unique reputation. Since the establishment of the WorkLife Programs in 1990, employees and
students have made use of valuable services that have enabled them to balance their responsibilities
to the university and to their families.

These programs are made available exclusively to
Ball State university employees and students
