XM Radio is like radio now but it is ran by two satellites ("Rock" and "Roll") that cover the entire United States.  Instead of only being able to cover a certain area like radio now.  XM Radio can cover the entire United States with out inereference.  XM Radio has over 100 channels of music, new, sports, and talk radio.  30 or more channels are commical free.

Satellite radios requires a receiver that can plug into your current stereo.  You also need an antenna to pick up the satellite signal.  The total cost for all the equipment is around 300 dollars.  Also you need a monthly subscription to XM Radio for about 10 dollars a month or 250 dollars for a lifetime.(Crutchfield.com)

I believe that there is evidence of globalizaion.  All the country in the world will have a radio system like XM at some point.  It is so much easier because your favorite radio stations never become static.  By XM doin well in the United States I think that it will branch out ino Canda and than elsewhere in the world.

I feel that XM Radio is in good financial condition for a company just starting up. They have to be careful the next couple years not to spend more money than they collect.  I think that they will not have a problem doing this because XM Radio is a great idea.  I know many people will purchase this new device in the future.
