#023 - Dr. Elmer Fudd Light - Seriously. In Mega Man 8, Dr. Light sounds like Elmer Fudd. I don't know who his voice actor was but the guy was awful. Protoman and Bass still had some stilted lines, but if you tuned out the words their voices alone were pretty cool. Dr. Light, on the other hand, will sound like Elmer Fudd no matter what you do.
