DISCUS: Digital Image and Sound Collaborative User System

DISCUS is a digital media showcase featuring collaborative sound and video art projects by faculty and students in the Electronic Art and Music Engineering Technology programs in the the College of Fine Arts at Ball State University. DISCUS will present an engaging program of new digital art forms including video, animation and multi-channel surround sound and will feature the premiere of Polis, a digital video and sound collaboration between video artist, John Fillwalk and composer, Joseph Harchanko. Screenings of the DISCUS program will take place at 7 and 8 pm at the Indianapolis Artsgarden, a seven-story, glass enclosed performing art center suspended above downtown Indianapolis near Monument Circle.
