Technology Initiative

In cooperation with the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware Advancement Corporation, the Community Outreach Partnership Center assessed the status of Muncie and Delaware County against the standards of "networked communities," as established by the Computer Science Policy Project.
