Initiative III: Homeless

Muncie Homeless Study
The purpose of this initiative is to provide data about the Muncie homeless population for use by the Department of Community Development and other service providers to develop improved programs for long-term assistance to these persons. Specifically, this includes obtaining a reasonably accurate count of the homeless people and to compile non-intrusive demographic data about them.
