Ball State University has been using a Community Outreach Partnership Center (COPC) grant distributed by HUD for a few years. Among those participating in the program are faculty and students from the College of Architecture and Planning, the College of Business, the College of Computer Science, Teachers College, the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Muncie Department of Community Development, Ivy Tech, Muncie Housing Coalition, Habitat for Humanity, Heart of the City Development Corporation, and the Office of the Mayor.
