Downsides

One of the most common downside with any gaming system is the loading time and the price.  But with Playstation 2 being the hottest gaming system on the market,  there are not that many downsides other than what people think about the different games, witch can be found in the reviews section of this cite.

One of the biggest advantages that the PlayStation 2 bring to the world or gaming, is that it is not just a game system, it is a whole entertainment system in one little box. It will allow you to play video games, as a home theater with its DVD player, listen to your CD's, connect you to the internet and play with other friends on the net.  According to www.washtech.com the PlayStation 2 has on its appoints (X-Box and Game-Cube) is that it was out a whole year before all of them.  With the PlayStation 2 having an older brother the PlayStation, the games from the original PlayStation can also be played on the new PlayStation 2.  Giving the PlayStation 2 a wider variety of games.
