A neighborhood meeting was held on Wednesday September 6 to help identify community concerns, issues, and dreams.  Over 40 community residents participated along with 8 Ball State students.

Participants first located their home on an aerial photograph of the neighborhood.  Small groups then identified a list of assets of Harvester, or what they like about the neighborhood.  They then identified liabilities or needs of Harvester...or things they did not like or did not have.  From this, each team developed a top 5 list.  At the end of the meeting everyone voted on the top issues.  These are presented below.  These issues, along with the survey and housing data, will guide the charrette, to take place September 22 and 23.
