old proverb reads that if you're not sure where you're going,
you'll probably end up somewhere else.
Attica
is a tight-knit community located in Western Indiana. Built
on the historic Wabash River, Attica is home to countless
cultural, historic, and natural resources that combine to produce
an all-American small town. Attica has a definite sense of
where she came from, and is developing a vision of where she is
going in the future.
This
website explains a comprehensive plan developed by Brad M.
Beaubien, a graduating Urban Planning & Development student at
Ball State University as part of his Honors College fulfillments.

community.
