University Core Curriculum
All general education
requirements are met in the teaching major for elementary education and early childhood
education, the majors in special education, and the major in hearing
impaired/deaf.

Concentration Areas
For elementary education and
early childhood education, the teaching major requirements are given in the statement of

Electives
Students must take as many hours of
credit in electives as needed to increase the total to 126.
