Campus websites are the first view of the university that many people, such as
prospective students and their families, see. Universal accessibility ensures that sites are developed to serve
the largest possible audience using the broadest range of hardware and software
platforms, and that consideration is given to the needs of users with
disabilities. The Web-page developer is responsible for delivering one's message in a
way that allows everyone to benefit. It is very important that the pages that Ball State University faculty and staff
design are accessible by everyone-including people with hearing, visual, or
physical impairments.
Web accessibility is our responsibility!
