With the 2005 season behind us, BSUPL looks toward the future.  With the return departure of elite member Matt Wenning, the team has under gone some changes, but the destruction of BSUPL is still present. With a smaller team, we look to bring in numbers from everyone between the hardcore veterans and some promising rookies we are looking to get that done.

Ball State Powerlifting was founded in the spring of 1996 by Justin Cecil.  Since then, BSUPL has competed at the local, national and international levels.  In these competitions, coach Cecil has turned out 20 collegiate All-Americans, six national champions, three world team members, a Pan-Am Games Champion and too many first place finishes to count.  Beyond the individual accolades, the BSUPL team has been a Top 10 ranked for the past eight years (1997-2005).
