Education
is a very important aspect of a person's life. From the time an infant
is born, he learns about his environment. This learning continues
throughout his life. Even the most educated adult continues to add
to his knowledge.
Even though education is continuous,
the emphasis is usually placed on the years a child spends in school. Therefore,
I will focus specifically on the education of school aged children.
I believe that all children can learn. Educators must be aware that
not all children learn in the same way or at the same rate. It is
the responsibility of the educator to challenge each child to learn at
his fullest potential.
I believe that educators can accomplish
these goals ny insuring that the school is a safe and encouraging environment.
Educators must be responsible in their own actions and be good role models
for students to follow.
