Officers and faculty sponsors, here's a copy of an e-mail I just sent out to the rest of the club. I have a few things to add to your version. Dawn, any news on how royalties work? We need to order scripts as soon as possible if we want to be able to send them home to be studied during the semester break, which I think would be the best situation. After Thursday, we should have an idea of how many we need (Anette and I may cut out some small parts if there aren't enough actors.) I think we're all feeling a little out of sorts after our break--does anyone have any ideas about the Christmas Party, or are we letting it go by the wayside? I forgot what day we were going to hold it and have a pretty full week planned for next week, but we can of course still go ahead with it if I can't be there. Jane, how are the membership cards coming? Can we hand them out on Friday? Here's the tentative schedule for taking t-shirt orders on Friday, by the way, with some holes. Kinsey will set up at 10 and man the table until 11. Who can do 11 to 12? Ryan is doing 12 to 1 (I had to change this, Anette, because that ended up being his only time of availability). Who can do 1 to 2? I'll do 2-3 (I'll have to stop a little before three, actually), and that will wrap it up. Well, I hope you all had a good holiday! Mine was very nice! Good luck to all during these last three weeks! It's a little bit crazy, eh? :)
Talk to you later,
Chris

Hello Everyone!
Our drama meeting will be this Thursday, November 30 at 9 PM in North Quad 136. We'll be discussing the characters and the play and assigning all roles if possible. We may also talk about technical aspects of theater we'll need to work on. If you would like to be involved with the play but cannot come, please let me know in what capacity you'd like to be involved as soon as possible.
Hochachtungsvoll,
verbleibe ich Ihr Chris Stroop,
Praesident des Deutschklubs
