Meine Mitoffiziere und sehr geehrte Professoren, hier ist unsere neue Emailadresse und unser Kennwort. Ich werde den Anderen bescheid sagen, dass sie uns bei dieser Adresse schreiben koennen. Ich wollte auch sagen, dass wir das "Center for International Programs" am Mittwoch Abend, 15. November reserviert haben. Deshalb kann ich auch unseren Kulturabend annonzieren, aber ich will mit Ihnen ein bisschen darueber reden, um zu entscheiden, genau wie wir das machen wollen. Offiziere--geht es euch, am Donnerstag um 12:30 im "Student Center" wieder zu treffen? Ich weiss, Anette, dass du nicht frei hast, aber vielleicht koennen wir alle das Schauspiel irgendwann anders weiter besprechen. Anette und ich habe heute mit den Professoren darueber gesprochen, und wir haben ein Paar Ideen.
 So, when can we meet to talk about the play? If everyone doesn't mind, Anette and I can keep working on that with the professors, and we can move that away from the jurisdiction of all the officers, since it's complicated to get us all together. Send me feedback about this idea. Anyone of you would of course be welcome to put in your input and join us when we meet the professors to discuss it. We'll also need to look further into getting a location. Ryan has reserved Pruis hall for one day, the only day it was available anywhere near where we want to do the play--it was a Thursday, in April, I think. We should probably find another place. Dawn, with your theatre connections, do you think you could look into finding us a place to perform? Or, do you think we might need to do this off campus, maybe in a church? If anyone has any answers, let me know. Dawn, if you didn't understand all the German at the beginning of this e-mail, let me know and I can let you know what's up. Instead of just starting in German, I kind of kept it up for a while this time.

For the meeting on Thursday, if that will work for you officers, I mainly want to discuss Kulturabend, and maybe the T-shirt sales and the Christmas party.
