Hey everybody, this is just a brief reminder
to get your bios to Kinsey for the webpage. He's hoping to get it fully
up and running by October 10th, and it's looking good already. Please get
the bios in ASAP. Additionally, if you would like an interesting picture
to go with your bio, and have scanning capabililty, e-mail it to Kinsey.
If you are unable to do this, get a picture to me via campus mail or some
other means, and I'll have it scanned and sent to Kinsey, and then I'll
return it to you. He'll be taking a head shot of each of us at the picnic
for the homepage--we'll all be put on different sides of this really cool
rotating cube he's got on the page (faculty sponsors, Kinsey wants to photograph
both of you together, and you'll have to share a side of the cube for it
to work out). I know some of you can't stay the whole time, but don't leave
the picnic without having your picture taken.
Thanks,
Chris
PS. I'd like to have a meeting of all the officers
and the faculty sponsors to finalize some questions for the play. Professors,
how's 12:30 on Thursdays for you? It works for all the officers. Perhaps
we could look at Thursday, October 12th at 12:30 in the usual location,
Student Center Talley. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU;
otherwise, I will shortly announce this as an official meeting time. Questions
to finalize--type of play/production (hopefully we choose one), whether
or not to charge admission and deal with royalties (I vote for it, as I
think this could be an excellent fundraiser), location. RYAN, how's it
coming with Pruis? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU'VE FOUND OUT. I'm forwarding
you, Ryan, an e-mail from Dr. Warner suggesting another location--if you
have time, please look into this between now and the next meeting, as it
sounds like a better location. We'll need you to report on your progress
when we next meet. Thanks again, everybody! Have a good morning/day/evening
and so forth! :)
