Hey officers, I need to know when we can regularly meet this semester. I think the lunch meetings were effective. Let me know what days you might be available to eat and what locations are most convenient, so that we can come up with something and start meeting, if not this week, at least before the end of next week.

PS. Anette, I'm not exactly sure to whom I should announce the projected read-through for Thursday evening. Have you found the names yet? I'll try and remember to look around this evening.

PPS. Everyone--We need to begin to publicize the play, which means we need to settle questions like whether or not we can legally charge admission, how to contact Indiana high schools, how else to advertise for our play, and so forth. This will be much of the topic of the next meeting, probably, but we will also need to decide what to do in January and try to plan as much of our itinerary for next semester as possible. Does anybody have suggestions? I am especially interested in getting in a field trip, as I promised we would try to plan one at the first meeting of the year. Dr. Warner, did anything ever come of figuring out how to go about paying royalties and whether or not we want to do that? Forgive me if you already told me and I forgot. I'd like suggestions on this matter, especially from you professors.
