Thomas O. Staggs, 41, has held many titles at Walt Disney.  He is also the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Staggs also is a member of the Supervisory Board of Euro Disney S.C.A. and Chairman of Fox Kids Europe.  His base salary is $700,000.  In 2002 he made approximately $3.6 million.  He is responsible for the company's worldwide finances, real estate and taxes.  He is very involved with Fox Kids Europe financially.  In the past he was part of strategic planning and a chief financial officer.  A colleague of Stagg's, Peter Murphy also works at Fox Kids and Walt Disney.  They both hold positions on the Supervisory Board.
