The Tribune Company does not have many drastic plans to increase the size of its business or restructure its management but there are some general ideas touched upon in the Letter to the Shareholders and Employee Owners in its Annual Report.  The CEO at the time, John Madigan, expressed the interest Tribune had in selling three of its radio stations in Denver, which is still being planned for the near future.  The Tribune Company is currently in negotiations to purchase a WB affiliates in Portland, OR and St. Louis, MO.  Provided they are approved by the regulatory agencies, the deal should go through early this year.  The Company hopes to increase its revenue's by up to 10% in the near future.
