Peggy and her students will create a website that will promote Delaware County as a retirement destination. The members of the seminar will conduct interviews with community leaders and focus groups/public forum with community members to raise awareness about the value of Delaware County as a livable community. In addition to the website, the seminar will produce a variety of public service announcements and public relations documents to highlight the community's ability to provide the important components of wellness and productivity for an aging population. The seminar's partners include Ball Memorial Hospital, the John and Janice Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology and the United Way of Delaware County. |
