MURP Graduate Assistantships

Graduate assistantships allow qualified students in Ball State University's master of urban and regional planning (M.U.R.P.) program to gain valuable work experience while completing course requirements for their degree.

These assistantships include stipends and tuition waivers. However, students are still responsible for the dedicated fees. A number of assistantships are awarded competitively each year.

Graduate assistants in urban planning support research, teaching, and other departmental and college programs.

Prospective students may indicate their interest in a graduate assistantship within their admission letter. Additional details are available upon request.
