Ball State athletes and fans were encouraged to "Think Pink" earlier this month as part of an initiative to help support breast cancer awareness. Athletes competing in women's soccer, volleyball and field hockey matches held Oct. 10, 11 and 12, respectively, wore pink uniforms and donations were taken to benefit the Ball Memorial Hospital Breast Center and Side-Out Foundation.

Timothy Gray, associate professor of architecture, and three of his students were recently honored with a Merit Award for Excellence in Architectural Design by the state chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The group was recognized for its work on the Eco Center, which uses straw bales as its primary material. The hands-on laboratory was built on the Cooper Skinner property here in Muncie.

See the judicial system at work
