Brady Hoke's football camp
The Ball State football coaching staff held its second annual women's football academy June 14 at Scheumann Stadium. More than 75 women attended the event, with proceeds benefiting the Cancer Center at Ball Memorial Hospital.

Five new public charter schools approved to open in 2009

President Gora in Asia
President Jo Ann M. Gora presents the President's Medal for Leadership in International Education to Inwon Choue, president of Kyung Hee University, at a June 13 ceremony in Seoul, South Korea. Ball State and Kyung Hee University have exchanged faculty and students since 1987 as part of a partnership agreement. Gora is traveling in China and Korea through June 27.
