Board of Trustees backs proposed $290 million budget, salary increases The Board of Trustees approved a proposed $290 million budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, including average salary increases of 4 percent for faculty, professional employees and staff. It also voted to establish a bachelor of fine arts (BFA) degree for students in the acting and musical theatre options of the major in theater program.
