Ball State trustees pass budget, union contract
The Ball State University Board of Trustees approved the university's 2005-06 budget, which includes a salary and benefits plan for all university employees; approved a new policy covering the use of paid leave by union employees; and passed a room and board fee for students attending the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities beginning in the fall of 2006.
