Ball State's Adult Physical Fitness Program hosts an open house from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at its fitness center in Irving Gym, room 109.
Visitors are invited to tour the exercise facility, ask questions and meet program staff.
The Adult Physical Fitness Program provides comprehensive physical fitness services to the community, assisting individuals in improving and maintaining their health.
The program allows graduate and undergraduate exercise science students to apply concepts learned in the classroom. It also provides research opportunities in health and fitness issues for both faculty and students.
