People celebrating 10 to 35 years of service during fiscal year 2003-2004 can choose from among several solid gold, non-jeweled items or other accessories. 

Award order forms will be mailed by Nov. 10 and must be returned to WorkLife Programs, University Human Resource Services, no later than Dec. 15. Employees who do not return forms by the deadline will receive an available item at their level of recognition.

Additional information will be mailed to recipients and published in future issues of Update.

Eligible staff or service personnel considering retirement who wish to be honored at the 2004 recognition programs must contact Payroll and Employee Benefits by Jan. 30, to complete the necessary documents.
