SI participating students demonstrate statistically significant higher grades when compared to non-participating students.  Studies from across the United States reveal that students who attend SI sessions earn between one-half and a full letter grade higher.  Student skills in comprehension, analysis, critical thinking and problem solving are increased.  Students who participate in SI re-enrolled at a rate ten percentage points higher than non-participating students did.
