The university is pleased to continue the tradition of offering employees the option to give to charitable organizations of their choice.  Please remember that giving is a personal, volunteer act.  

In mid-September, every Ball State employee should receive a package of information containing an informative letter, the 2007 United Way Brochure, a Payroll Deduction Authorization Card, and a BSU United Way Pledge Card from their Team Captain. 

When you receive your envelope of information from your Team Captain, please take a moment to review the letter. You may either choose to participate or decline. Regardless of your choice, you must return your pledge card (and Payroll Deduction Card if you choose to use this option) to your Team Captain using the envelope supplied in your packet. 

Team Captains will collect the pledge cards and are encouraged to return them to University Human Resource Services within 30 days.   

If, for any reason, you do not receive a packet from your Team Captain, you may print the Payroll Deduction Card, fill it out, and forward it to University Human Resource Services. Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety, including your BSU identification number.  The BSU United Way Pledge Card is also available online. Complete BOTH forms and submit them in order to complete your 2007 pledge.
