The university is pleased to continue the tradition of offering employees the option to give to charitable organizations of their choice.  Please remember that giving is a personal, volunteer act.  

In mid-September, every Ball State employee will receive a package of information containing an informative letter, the 2009 United Way Brochure, a Payroll Deduction Authorization Card, and a BSU United Way Pledge Card. 

When you receive your envelope, please take a moment to review the letter. You may either choose to participate or decline. If you choose not to participate, you need not return the blank cards. 

If you choose to participate, Team Captains will collect the pledge cards and are encouraged to return them to University Human Resource Services before the end of the campaign in November (date to be announced).   

If, for any reason, you do not receive a packet, you may print the Payroll Deduction Card, fill it out, and forward it to University Human Resource Services. Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety, including your BSU identification number.  The BSU United Way Pledge Card is also available online. Complete BOTH forms and submit them in order to complete your 2009 pledge.
