Mission Statement for the DTS Team
The Distributed Technology Support Team (DTS Team) will facilitate open communication between all individuals who assist in the support of technology at Ball State University. Specific goals for the group include:
- Keep individuals up to date on technology information for the university.
- Plan for future upgrades.
- Implement an integrated and comprehensive information/communication system.
- Share success stories.
- Enhance the computer proficiency in support of technology on the Ball State University campus.
Be a part of the DTS Team
Any University employee that serves in a technology support role is welcome to attend the DTS Team meetings. These meetings will be a combination of technology related presentations by knowledgeable IT staff as well as discussion sessions on topics of interest to the group.

The Next DTS Team Meeting
