To report a network problem in a residence hall or university apartment, contact Jacqueline Irwin of Housing and Residence Life at 285-5880 or the Office of Housing and Residence Life at (765) 285-5000.
Office Connection Problems:
If a campus office has a network data jack that is suppose to be active, but is not working, please report the problem to the University Computing Services HelpDesk. This can be done by completing an online problem report, by sending e-mail to helpdesk@bsu.edu, or by calling the Help Desk at 285-1517. Please include the building and room number, plus the jack number.
