All of the videos referenced here are the same but were built using different formats so as to make them available to a wider population. If you are having trouble viewing the RealMedia version above, try these alternative versions.

* Quicktime version of the video (14 MB)

Note: After the Quicktime Player opens, click on the play button to begin viewing the video.

* Windows MediaPlayer version of the video (35 MB)

By default, MediaPlayer is not configured for captioning. You can turn on captioning as follows:

    • For Windows MediaPlayer V8 - On the View menu, point to Now Playing Tools, and then click Captions. A check mark will appear next to the command to indicate it is turned on.

    • For Windows MediaPlayer V9 - On the Play menu, point to Captions and Subtitiles, an then click On If Available.
