Local Service Providers (LSPs) are UCS professional staff members that provide computer support for the campus. LSPs serve as consultants for their assigned areas, provide advice on computer purchases, and provide information on emerging technologies. In addition, they provide software, hardware, and network consulting and troubleshooting, computer set up, and assistance to individual faculty and staff.
To request assitance from an LSP, University employees can contact the HelpDesk via e-mail to helpdesk@bsu.edu, by calling 285-1517, or stopping by RB 165. You can also request assistance by clicking on the "Request Assistance" link in the upper right corner of this page.
