Some of the software and services made available are Symantec Antivirus, iConnect, iLocker, iWeb and Web Mail and can be found at Software and Services Download Site.  In addition Microsoft Office and Windows are available to download which allows each Ball State student to install and use the selected Microsoft products on one computer that he or she owns. The agreement also allows each Ball State faculty and staff member to install and use the selected Microsoft products on one computer that he or she owns for BSU purposes only.

Students have two options for obtaining the software covered by the Ball State Microsoft Campus Agreement.

• The first option it to purchase the CDs from the Computer Showcase Center, which is located in RB 134b.  Prices for the Microsoft Software CDs range from $7.00 to $10.00.  Visit www.bsu.edu/computershowcase for a current list of sofware prices.  The Computer Showcase Center cannot accept cash.  CDs can be purchased with checks, money orders, Cardinal Cash or credit cards. 
      
• The second option students have is to download the software at no cost from the Ball State Microsoft Campus Agreement Download web site at www.bsu.edu/msdownload.
